Democrat Ted Lieu is accusing President Trump of advocating a war crime, and he’s opposed to it.

Unfortunately this is one of those times that a Democrat is right about Trump. I guess this just sounds like “common sense” to some people, but it’s definitely illegal and would turn a lot of international opinion against us. I know, I know, we don’t give a damn what other people think, but America gets a lot done by having a lot of friends in the international sphere. Besides that, do we really want a commander-in-chief ordering our military to commit war crimes? I guess some do, and they think it’ll make America great.
Remember he did this once before – he said that he would order the military to waterboard terrorists and do much much worse torture. When told this is basically advocating for soldiers to commit war crimes, he doubled down during a debate, then backed down on it, and then said he didn’t flip flop. So hopefully he can do that whole insane thing again.
