Democrat gets cornered over being a member of ALL-WHITE private elite club

The very obnoxious Democratic Senator Sheldon Whitehouse was cornered yesterday for being part of an all-white club in Rhode Island despite his claims that racism in America is systemic and needs to be rooted out:

 
Here’s what the reporter asked:

Back in 2017 you had expressed concerns about the all-white daily speech club. You said you hoped it would become more diverse. Now you’re family has been members; your wife is one of the largest shareholders. Has there been any traction in that, are there any minority members of the club now?

Whitehouse responded:

I think the people who are running the place are still working on that and I’m sorry it hasn’t happened yet.

The reporter follows up, pointing out Whitehouse’s on statements on systemic racism:

Do you have concerns in 2021, I mean obviously it’s been four years. You had remarks on the floor following the deaths or Breonna Taylor, George Floyd hoping to root out systemic racism in the country. Your thoughts on an elite, all-white, wealthy club again in this day and age – should these clubs continue to exist?

White House claims it’s a long tradition:

It’s a long tradition in Rhode Island and there are many of them. We just need to work our way through the issues.

Democrats go nuts over anything ‘all-white’, and yet this jerk is part of an elite private all-white club? And on top of this he defends it as ‘tradition’?

I want you to think for a moment what would happen if it was found out that any Republican was part of an all-white private club. Do you think the media would care about this? Of course! It’d be running everywhere, especially if it were Trump or someone associated with him. Heck, people have been canceled for much less!
