I’m sure President Zelensky would have a lot to say about the latest comments from Steny Hoyer, who literally claimed today that we are at war with Russia:

Hoyer decries polarization in Congress and says “and the fact at a time of war… We’re at war. We’re not physically on the field with the Ukrainians but we ought to do everything we possibly can to make sure that they can meet this enemy and defeat this enemy.”
You mean like helping another country send the Ukrainians Russian fighter jets? Yeah, right.
We’re not at war with anyone. Biden is so scared of Putin that there’s only so much he’ll do to even help Ukraine. And as I’ve said over and over, this war never should have happened in the first place. But it’s because our Coward-in-Chief refused to stand up to Russia and removed the sanctions on their gas pipeline. Putin finished it last year and now here we are.
But also, what Hoyer is really trying to do is use Russia’s invasion of Ukraine to try and push the Democrat agenda. There is never a crisis these rubes won’t let go to waste, even if it isn’t our crisis.
