Democrats have released their phony impeachment report accusing Trump of impeachable offenses, of course. Here’s what Fox News reporter Chad Pergram says you can expect next:
1) Here’s what to expect next in the impeachment process: The Intelligence Committee released its report today. The committee will vote behind closed doors at 6 pm et on the report itself. The minority will have until end of the calendar day Thursday to offer dissenting views.
— Chad Pergram (@ChadPergram) December 3, 2019
2) Both the majority and minority views will be packaged into a final report and shipped to the Judiciary Committee. The Judiciary Committee will use the Intelligence Committee report as the basis to write articles of impeachment.
— Chad Pergram (@ChadPergram) December 3, 2019
3) Note that at a minimum, we are a week or perhaps much more away from the House itself actually considering articles of impeachment on the floor.
— Chad Pergram (@ChadPergram) December 3, 2019
4) The Judiciary Committee has true jurisdiction over impeachment itself. It will hold its first – and perhaps only – hearing on impeachment tomorrow morning with four law professors. It is POSSIBLE the Judiciary Committee or other panels could hold impeachment hearings.
— Chad Pergram (@ChadPergram) December 3, 2019
5) The Judiciary Committee could conduct a series of “markup sessions” in the next week or two to actually write the articles of impeachment. These are meetings which look like hearings – but aren’t. This is the same process for actually preparing a bill for the flr
— Chad Pergram (@ChadPergram) December 3, 2019
6) In an impeachment markup, the sides start with a base text for the articles & “markup” the measure. There is debate. There are proposals. There are counter proposals. There are amendments. There are votes. Finally the sides arrive at a final set of “articles of impeachment.”

Tweets 7, 8 and 9 are just examples from Nixon and Clinton noting how multiple articles of impeachment were drafted. Here’s #10:
10) The Hse must then send the articles plus the impeachment managers (Hse mbrs who will prosecute the case) to the Senate. This requires adoption of a separate resolution by the Hse. The Senate must also approve a specific resolution to notify the Hse it’s ready for action

If you want to waste time reading the report, you can read it from Shifty Schiff’s tweet below:
The impeachment inquiry uncovered overwhelming and uncontested evidence that President Trump abused the powers of his office to solicit foreign interference in our election for his own personal, political gain.
No one is above the law.
