Speaking to Jon Karl on ‘This Week’ this morning, Dick Cheney was challenged in his defense of the Iraq War and criticism of Obama’s abandonment on it with Rand Paul’s intermediate view which knocks both sides.

Rand Paul for his part, had a more nuanced view than simply “isolationist,” but it certainly isn’t nearly as proactive as Cheney’s view. You can watch his comments on the subject here.
