Did Jeopardy! Clue Subtly Scold SCOTUS Affirmative Action Decision?

There was an interesting clue on Jeopardy last night.

THE COURT’S LEGACY OF CIVIL RIGHTS CASES INCLUDES BROWN V. BOARD OF EDUCATION & ALSO GRUTTER V. BOLLINGER, A DECISION I WROTE FOR THE COURT ALLOWING THIS RACE-CONSCIOUS PRACTICE IN LAW SCHOOL ADMISSIONS.

If you really think the timing of this clue calling affirmative action a civil rights victory and referring to it as “race conscious” is just coincidental, then I have a a bridge I’m selling that I think you’re going to be very interested in.
