The commie mayor of NYC, Zohran Mamdani, was asked about his demand that people show ID in order to be paid as a snow shoveler in New York City.
First, here’s the proof they are demanding ID:
You don’t have to show identification to vote, but you do have to have ID and be eligible to work in the US in order to be a snow shoveler in New York City. How in the heck does that make sense?
Mamdani was asked about people complaining over the onerous rules just to be a city snow shoveler. He blamed it on existing policy and federal law:
Well he’s not wrong and they should absolutely do this. However it’s absolutely insane that they refuse to require ID and proof of American citizenship to vote, and it just goes to show how hypocritical they are when it comes to issues like this. They want people to cheat to get them into power, but once they’ve got power, you have to have ID’s for everything.
