I guaratee you without even looking that the media is on Twitter doing their best Fetterman dance to try and tell you that you aren’t seeing what you’re seeing in this clip. That the sluggish, practically slurring responses, long silences, and outright NODDING off aren’t what they are.
But they are. They are what they are. They are humiliating. They are dangerous. This pending octogenarian is barely aware of what’s happening.
