A motorized wheelchair was spotted traveling in Dundalk, Maryland going at normal traffic speeds. The girls videoing it were baffled.

I think you can see a small wheel underneath the wheelchair, but the chair is undoubtedly using all three wheels and maybe one in the front that we can’t see. Even so, it’s pretty impressive to see. And probably illegal with no tags.
I just wonder if it’s gas or electric….
