Elon Musk explains why he bought Twitter, tells employees he’s NOT going to cut 75% of them…

Elon Musk just put out a tweet this morning, as Chief Twit, explaining to advertisers and everyone else why he bought the company.

Here’s what he wrote, saying he bought the company not to make money, but to help humanity:

Musk told Twitter employees that despite recent reports, he will not cut 75% of the staff, Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter. However, Twitter workers do expect Musk to make at least some cuts after he closes on the deal, scheduled for Friday.

Musk denied that he ever said this in the first place and that the reports were wrong.
