Elon Musk just issued a warning to any member voting for Speaker Johnson’s new onnibloat bill, saying they deserve to be voted out in two years if they vote for it.
Any member of the House or Senate who votes for this outrageous spending bill deserves to be voted out in 2 years!

North Carolina Rep. Dan Bishop responded to Musk’s comment with praise, saying he’s been waiting for this kind of fundamental change:
In five years in Congress, I’ve been awaiting a fundamental change in the dynamic. It has arrived. https://t.co/E3HQeS7mzX

Musk responded, underscoring his comment above:
By now, they should know that I mean what I say https://t.co/84i3UXj8HX

It was only September of this year that Johnson declared there would be no Christmas omnibloat bill and here he is pushing another one on us. I get that we have a razor thin majority and it’s going to be rough in the first months of next year as members like Matt Gaetz must be replaced via elections. But it seems like Johnson isn’t even fighting for a better bill, only claiming once again that he doesn’t want a government shutdown. I’m so tired of that old refrain because we all know this country could easily endure a government shutdown because all of the essential services would still continue.
I’ll leave you with this…
