Late last night Elon Musk responded to Twitter’s lawsuit threat to force him to purchase the company.

After it was revealed yesterday that Twitter hired a legal team to sue him, Musk tweeted a graphic which seems to reveal his overall plan:

It looks like Musk still wants to buy Twitter. But since the company won’t reveal what he needs to know about their bot activity, he’ll use the courts to force Twitter to reveal the information.

After this he tweeted this image he calls ‘Chuckmate’:

Everyone is saying that Twitter has the upper hand in the coming lawsuit to force Musk to go through with his purchase. But it looks like this was part of Musk’s plan all along.
