Elon Musk says ActBlue funded groups behind attacks on Tesla charging stations

ActBlue funded groups are behind the destructive attacks on Tesla charging stations, according to Elon Musk, who named the groups in a tweet this morning.

It’s been reported this week that groups are using Molotov cocktails to set Telsa charging stations on fire, out of anger at Elon Musk for helping President Trump significantly downsize the government.

Musk says the groups, who are funded by George Soros and others – the biggest funders of ActBlue, are Troublemakers, Disruption Project, Rise & Resist, Indivisible Project and Democratic Socialists of America.

Here’s what he wrote:

An investigation has found 5 ActBlue-funded groups responsible for Tesla “protests”: Troublemakers, Disruption Project, Rise & Resist, Indivisible Project and Democratic Socialists of America.

ActBlue funders include George Soros, Reid Hoffman, Herbert Sandler, Patricia Bauman, and Leah Hunt-Hendrix.

ActBlue is currently under investigation for allowing foreign and illegal donations in criminal violation of campaign finance regulations. This week, 7 ActBlue senior officials resigned, including the associate general counsel.

Musk asked for people who know more about this to reply to his tweet.
