EMBARRASSING: The teleprompter gets the best of Biden again in Lithuania

Remember that dinner Biden couldn’t attend last night because he had to prepare for a speech today? Well his preparation clearly wasn’t all that good because he got tripped up reading something easy on the teleprompter again.

What an embarrassment. It’s bad enough that Biden does this stuff here, but in Lithuania Biden is an embarrassment on the international stage. Ugh.
