A little heavy on the sarcasm. People just don’t want to admit that perhaps the Democrats just overreached, and didn’t prove their case against Trump. If they had proven it, MAYBE you would see tons of people calling their reps and senators and demanding they remove him. But they didn’t, so there was not enough pressure on politicians to remove Trump. That’s how the system works.
