This may seem penny-ante, but it’s such a perfect example of the million minor ways MSNBC hosts and contributors fall all over themselves to congratulate Obama for every thing he does. Just take a listen to MSNBC contributor Goldie Hyperbole. Err, I mean Taylor, reacting to Obama appearing on Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis.
Today, President Obama went to work IN THE OVAL OFFICE. Truly an inspiring feat. Also today, President Obama said things on TV, signed some stuff, AND had his picture taken, and we here at MSNBC can’t stop the swooning. Is there anything this man of steel can’t do?? I bet he even eats pizza correctly!!
Master stroke? Seriously? She barely caught her breath from saying that every single other President does the same exact thing before calling President Obama’s use of the comedy medium a “master stroke”. It’s absolutely absurd. Like I said, I know it’s a small thing, but seriously. Viewers of MSNBC know that this kind of hero worship goes on 24-7 on the network.
