The fascist mayor of Los Angeles tweeted today that he’s order the city to kill the electricity to a Hollywood home in order to stop “large parties”:

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti reportedly ordered city workers to cut electricity and other utilities to the home of a TikTok star after he violated the city’s coronavirus orders by throwing a massive party.
Garcetti, a Democrat, announced that he had cut utility services to a Hollywood home after the owner turned the home “into a nightclub” and hosted large parties in violation of the city’s coronavirus restrictions. The home was that of Bryce Hall, a 21-year-old who became famous by posting videos to TikTok, according to CBS Los Angeles, which cited social media reports.
“Today I authorized the City to disconnect utility service at a house in the Hollywood Hills to stop the large parties held there in flagrant violation of our public health orders. Parties like these can quickly and easily spread the virus and put our communities at risk,” Garcetti tweeted.
“Despite several warnings, this house has turned into a nightclub in the hills, hosting large gatherings in flagrant violation of our public health orders. The City has now disconnected utilities at this home to stop these parties that endanger our community,” he added in a statement.
According to the mayor’s office, parties were hosted on Aug. 8 and Friday, which violated the city’s order. The homeowner was given several warnings prior to Garcetti ordering the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to cut utility services to the home on Wednesday.
The New York Times reported that utility services were cut to Hall’s personal home, despite the parties being hosted in a different home in Encino.

According to Taylor Lorenz, “Bryce Hall posted a Tiktok with Blake Gray to the song “electric love”” after the power was turned off.
It’s really amazing what this country is turning into as these fascists try and set new precedents on how to control people. What is the fascist mayor of LA going to do when Hall goes out and buys a generator so he can continue his parties? Is he going to send his henchmen over there to smash it up, or maybe confiscate it? Where does this authoritarianism end?
