According to Fox News, we’ve been told up to now that the ATF didn’t arrest Mexican gun-smugglers because they lacked probable cause. But new documents show that in 2010 the ATF had arrested one of the main gun-smugglers who at the time was smuggling ammo across the border. Even though they had video evidence of him buying and selling weapons, they released him back to his gun-smuggling ways which suggests that they were deliberately arming the drug cartels:
