Yesterday morning the feds issued a terrorist attack warning for July 4th and Michael Morell, former Deputy Director of the CIA, says that while these warnings are typically routine, there’s nothing routine about this one. He points out that there are at least 50 jihadis who’ve been arrested in the last 12 months who have been radicalized by ISIS and that there is currently a call to arms by ISIS during Ramadan, which is going on now.
Morell’s most striking statement about this is that he wouldn’t be surprised if a week from now we are talking about a terrorist attack that happened on July 4th.
