Four months in jail for possession of COTTON CANDY? It happened in Georgia

A woman in Georgia is suing after she spent almost four months in jail for possession of cotton candy. She’s suing the county, the two arresting officers, and the maker of the test kit they used that identified the cotton candy as methamphetamine.

Dasha Fincher says after her New Year’s Even arrest in 2016, she missed out on her life. A million dollar bond was set for possession and intent to distribute the cotton candy, and it wasn’t until almost four months later that the GBI finally returned the lab results clearing her name. No meth.

Lotta folks over here on the right could take or leave John Stossel, in fact seems like a lot would be happy to leave him, but I think he’s got a point here.
