Fox News analyst Gregg Jarrett explained this morning that the judge overseeing Alvin Bragg’s ridiculous case against Trump is allowing Bragg to introduce the kind of irrelevant and prejudicial evidence that led to the reversal of the Harvey Weinstein convictions last week.
Jarrett also added that this abuse of criminal law to target a political opponent is exactly what Neil Gorsuch warned about last week in the immunity hearing.
