Full Speech: Sarah Palin at SRLC

Sarah did a bang up job at the SRLC today. She even defined the Obama Doctrine for us which I’m sure some daring CBS reporter will surely ask of the next set of vice presidential candidates!

Enjoy!

  1. OK, Mr. Pundit Limbaugh Beck Hannity,
I give up you win, I can't compete with your intelligence, I'll talk to you again at President Obama's 2012 inauguration. See ya don't want to be ya.

  2. Only took two messages before you resorted to personal attacks.

Her own 'followers' aren't running for President, by definition.

    Tina Fey? You're sinking fast.

Do you really think Obama could have achieved getting the gas pipeline agreement she put in place with all his nuclear organizing experience?

Death Panels – Yes, there are panels of government unelected bureaucrats who decide who gets care or not. It's life or death for those people, and certainly death panel is deadly accurate.

Obama's father left him very young. His documented influences after that were clearly all Marxist/Communists. It's documented in his own book, and the character named 'Frank' with no last name was outed later on by a foreign reporter as a serious marxist influence. No wonder Obama was fond of him.

Add to that Ayers, Wright, and Chicago and you've got yourself a real winner.

  3. Mr. Pundit,
With all due respect sir, your elevator obviously does not run to the penthouse.
Lets try this again, her own followers don't think she's intelligent enough to be president. Case in point: Re-read Loretta's statement given at the SRLC04/10/10.

Did you see Tina Fey on SNL this past Saturdaynight? Do you really think Sarah could sit down with 47 national leaders all at one time and convince some of them to eliminate their nukes and have all of them to sign a treaty for a total reduction?
You talk about Viet Nam, what about the Cuban missile crisis? I don't know about you but I was in front of the TV with my parents praying as President Kennedy gave us updates on whether or not we and the Russians were going to die from the atom bomb. Do think think anyone in their right mind would want Sarah to decide whether we should attack another country with nukes. If so, you're one flew over the KooKoo's nest.

oh and by the way, where are all of the death panels she spoke about in our new health care program?

Mr.Pundit if you are worried about President Obama lying about the White Soxs, with all thats happening around you ie, 2 wars, terrorism, a new Sup.Ct. Justice, the economy, jobs, coal mine explosions, the nuclear treaty signings, then I can see why you would vote for Sarah Palin to be the POTUS, you guys are both living on the same fantasy planet where folks are ignorant and willfully unprepared. Maybe she'll make you Vice President , you think?
P.S. try and look up the definition for Communist and Marxist, then check President Obama's bio, his upbringing was with middle class White Folks, his mother and MGP's. I did see anything about them being thugs.I would venture to say, you and Sarah are reading the same comic books.

  4. Seriously? She just accidentally became Governor? Somehow accidentally fought the entrenched Alaska boys with major oil money backing them and squeaked in? Then, before being plucked by McCain, enjoyed one of the highest popularity rates of any Governor in history, through no fault of her own?

Come On. It's OK to not like her, but to try and disprove her as being qualified because of her country rhetoric and bouncy speaking meter?

No, I don't want the most intelligent person to be POTUS. Read the Fog of War and look what supposed super-intelligence got us in Viet Nam.

All Presidents have their weak points, that what advisers are for. Her strength is Energy policy and not be afraid to reveal her college grades. Obama's is talking, bowing, and faking – like lying about the White Sox crap he was trying to make up the other day and failed miserably.

Yes, she is intelligent enough to be President, but there are other candidates who are likely much stronger and more electable. However, I would much prefer Palin's life experiences being behind the presidential decisions than Obama's communist/Marxist/union/Chicago thug experiences, which are the only things he knows thanks to his upbringing.

  6. Mr. Pundit,
Sarah is short on evidence and solutions but, very long on rhetoric and talking points. Rhetoric and talking points are far from policies my friend. Common sense simple conservative solution appears to be the only phrase she knows outside of not being a dead fish who goes with the flow. Do you think she is intelligent enough to be the POTUS?

  8. Yes, if you ignore her energy policy, security policy, capitalism policies, tax policies, terrorism policies, and employment advice you're right, she's toothless.

  10. “Obama's change — he's killing us.” Palin, she told me, would bring the right kind of changes — jobs, prosperity, God back in our country. “This is a Christian country, it's not a Muslim country,” she said. “We have Muslims here, and they are welcome here. But we as Christians have rights, too.” Obama, she insisted, is a Muslim (which is why she wouldn't tell the reporter her last name or exactly where she lives). So surely, Loretta would be voting for Palin if she ran in two years? “I don't think she's ready,” she said. “I love her. I don't think we're ready for her as president yet… I think she still needs to educate herself a little more on foreign policy.”
So if we use Loretta as some what of a measuring stick relative to the general overall thinking of the attendees, it would appear there was a strong element of subliminal racism in Sarah’s speech and in the make up of the crowd.

  12. This speech had highlights for everyone, but the strongest points for me, that wouldn't make it to a sound bite, were her personal and quiet moments. This is me, Sarah Palin. Not grandiose. No polished gems over rubber chicken dinners. Just where I am a today, where I'm working (and praying) for a better tomorrow. And yes, I know exactly what she meant about Bill Clinton, and I agree.

  13. That was a good speech on her part. She doesn't have the velvety, sophisticated snarkiness of Gingrich'-zingers, but the audience loves her and she comes across as genuine. Obama likes to play cutesy pretend about her irrelevance, but she is a deadly serious foe both politically and financially and Michelle knows it.

  14. And the first thing the troglodytes at Media Mutters will wonder is…what's written on her hand?
