A California mayor’s security detail was attacked during an interview with Chron 4 on the streets of San Jose.
The man first came up and interrupted the interview by talking on his phone right next to the mayor. When the plain-clothes police officer, who was security detail for San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan, attempted to get the man to move away, the man attacked and a fight ensued.
According to Chron 4, the man was arrested and booked on multiple charges including felony battery on a police officer.
