“Up to no good,” said NYC council member Chi Ossé in a tweet on Saturday. He was absolutely right. You can’t be a Democrat and tweet “up to no good” about yourself and NOT be right, but in this case he was especially right.
Ossé, with fellow councilmember Shahana Hanif and a crew of other self-satisfied smug Democrats were out on the town having a good ol’ time.
