Gov Cuomo now blaming experts, staff for bringing COVID into nursing homes…

Gov. Cuomo still won’t accept responsibility for his COVID policy that led to the deaths of thousands of nursing home patients. Today he blamed both experts for incorrect information and staffers for bringing COVID into the nursing homes:

Cuomo first blames the experts, saying that they were wrong about people who were asymptomatic not spreading the virus. And because of this he then blames staffers for bringing the virus into nursing home facilities, saying it was already there or something:

But as Rich Weinstein pointed out on Twitter Cuomo knew in early March, weeks before his disastrous COVID policy, that asymptomatic spread was true:

As he says, Cuomo just can’t stop lying to protect himself.

Cuomo also blamed the ‘toxic political environment’ for this being a scandal that is now plaguing his administration:

In this video Cuomo claims that responded to the DOJ request for information on nursing homes, however Janice Dean says that’s not true either:

Given Cuomo’s propensity to lie, the fact that it was a Trump DOJ and the admission we just got that they covered up nursing home deaths, I believe Janice is right here. She’s basically telling him to prove it:

Honestly, I’m glad we are finally at a point where the media is beginning to hold Cuomo accountable for this scandal. The fact that he’s holding a sorry excuses for a press briefing proves that he’s under the gun. But the media still isn’t holding him accountable like they should:
