Texas Governor Greg Abbott has just signed a new law protecting the religious liberty of businesses like Chick-fil-A in the state of Texas from discrimination by liberal cities like San Antonio:
Today I signed the @ChickfilA law in Texas.
And, had a great lunch.
No business should be discriminated against simply because its owners donate to a church, the Salvation Army, or other religious organization.

“Discrimination is not tolerated in Texas,” said Abbott as the video began.
“No business should be discriminated against simply because its owners gave to a church, or to the Salvation Army, or any other religious organization.”
“No business should lose a government contract because of their religious beliefs.”
“The “Save Chick-fil-A” legislation that I’m about to sign is a victory for religious freedom in Texas.”
