The Deep State? It’s a real thing. People treat that like a conspiracy theory word, but it’s actually an apt and handy summarizing word. A way to reference the soup of agencies peopled by bureaucrats, pencil-pushers, appointees, and other gov’t employees who do most of the enforcing, putting things into practice, policy implementation, policy modification, interpretation of statutes, and other functions that constitute the ways the government oversees, regulates, punishes, and otherwise supervises your daily life in the United States.
It is an army of busybodies and slaves to paperwork, at turns abdicating decision-making to the “process” or making decisions without any due process.
And you know what else they did? They colluded with big tech, with Twitter, INSANELY EXTENSIVELY and in MINUTE DETAIL despite all claims to the contrary that we have heard over and over and over.

7. The FBI’s social media-focused task force, known as FTIF, created in the wake of the 2016 election, swelled to 80 agents and corresponded with Twitter to identify alleged foreign influence and election tampering of all kinds.
