In one of his lighter videos, James O’Keefe is exposing a leftist contractor at NIH who ripped down a big photo of President Trump, Secretary Kennedy and the new head of NIH and threw them in the garbage.
In other words he destroyed federal property, which is punishable by up to ten years in prison.

He not only admitted to destroying federal property, but to smoking weed as well. And he claimed Charlie Kirk was a hater and deserved to be ‘smacked in the mouth’, but not killed.
