Fox News put up a map a few minutes ago that shows all of the US Navy assets in the Middle East as they monitor Iran and await their attack on Israel.
Iran made clear, after a group of counties asked Iran not to attack Iran and provoke a war, that they felt that was completely unreasonable.
The US and Israel are monitoring Iran using spy satellites and military resources to try and predict when Iran will make their attack.
Here’s the map of the US Navy destroyers and strike groups in the area:
Fox News correspondent Lucas Tomlinson reports that there are currently three destroyers in the Mediterranean capable of shooting down incoming ballistic missiles.
The USS Roosevelt aircraft carrier strike group remains in the Gulf of Oman, awaiting to be relieved by the USS Abraham Lincoln, which is still a week or so away.
Also you should note that the USS Georgia is a nuclear-powered submarine. It’s deployment was announced yesterday in hopes of trying to deter Iran from this attack.
As we reported before, Israel and the US are bracing for an attack that could come at any time. We’ll keep you updated on events as they happen.
