MOU IN SHORT

📌1. Ceasefire
Immediate and permanent ceasefire across all fronts, including Lebanon, with both sides agreeing not to resume hostilities.

📌2. Sovereignty
The U.S. and Iran agree not to interfere in each other’s internal affairs and to respect territorial integrity.

📌3. 60-Day Talks
Both sides have 60 days to negotiate a final agreement, with an option to extend.

📌4. Naval Blockade Ends
The U.S. begins lifting its naval blockade and restrictions on Iran, with full implementation within 30 days.

📌5. Hormuz Reopens
Iran restores commercial shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, with full traffic expected within 30 days and free transit for 60 days.

📌6. Hormuz Governance Talks
Iran, Oman, and Gulf states will discuss future management and security arrangements for the Strait.

📌7. $300 Billion Reconstruction Plan
The U.S. and regional partners will develop a plan worth at least $300 billion for Iran’s reconstruction and economic development.
