This seems like the winning combination. Players can still feel like they’re speaking out but won’t incur the wrath of Twitter and Facebook. Link arms, don’t sit or kneel. I mean, it’s pretty disingenuous to say that the protests have nothing to do with the national anthem or the flag – if that were the case WHY would they do it while people are listening to the national anthem and respecting the flag? Yeah. I said it!!!
