One of the defensive rhetoric that people use in an attempt to exonerate Hillary Clinton is to say that Colin Powell also used email in the way she did when he was the State Secretary under Dubya Bush.
Here’s why that argument is chock full of Obama:
Susan Page says that Colin Powell isn’t running for President, AND email use has dramatically changed since Colin Powell’s time, and so have the policies in the State Department that guided email use.
