He’s partly right but this ignores the fact that she’s just a terrible candidate. The message was off, but so was the messenger. And Biden tries to make it sound like he and Obama worked miracles with the economy when it has barely been puttering along and producing low-wage jobs for Americans since the financial meltdown.
