A California man is losing his toddler-aged son because his mother has been transitioning him to a girl for several years. The father has been fighting this since his son was almost 4, when the courts ordered a ‘gender assessment’.
The courts are siding with his wife, who now has a 5-year restraining order against him, keeping him from his son.
