Late last night House Speaker Johnson looked at the new Senate bill that addresses both foreign aid to Israel and the US southern border and pronounced it dead.
Johnson said “I’ve seen enough…If this bill reaches the House, it will be dead on arrival.”

The bill is horrible and I’m glad he’s killing it in the House. He was right to point out before that the Senate never included him in the negotiations and therefore never addressed the concerns of the House majority. That’s why it’s DOA.
