Senator Ted Cruz revealed something infuriating in a tweet today that reveals how complicit Senate Democrats are in the Nashville mass shooting attack.
Cruz tweeted today that he filed legislation last year to substantially enhance the physical security of schools and double the number of police officers in schools.
But guess who blocked it? Senate Democrats.
Cruz says he’s furious about it.

The ONLY thing significant that Democrats want to do is ban guns. They don’t want increased security. They don’t want more cops at schools. And they don’t want teachers to carry guns.
They think banning certain types of rifles with large magazines is the answer to everything. But they are woefully wrong. A handgun with hollow points can cause almost as much death as a .223 rifle. But they aren’t talking about banning those! Not yet anyway, because the Constitution stands in their way.
Increased security at schools is the answer to this problem and will protect children. In fact the transgender Nashville shooter chose the school with the least amount of security.
