“I have kids!” – Listen to off-duty police officer plead for his life after woman charges him with her car

An office-duty police officer had a harrowing experience when he saw a hit-and-run and then pursued the vehicle:

After the vehicle ducked into morning traffic, the officer got out of his van and approached the vehicle. The woman driving the car then charged the officer with her vehicle, forcing him to jump on the hood.

That’s when the officer began pleading for his life, as the car reached what he estimated was 80 mph speeds, screaming at the woman that he had kids and begging her to stop.

Thankfully, she eventually did and the officer was able to get off the vehicle safely. This was in December of 2018. About eight days ago on December 10, the 25-year-old woman named Denai Holly was sentenced to five years in prison for first-degree assault.
