IDF releases video of them bombing Hamas rocket launch site in civilian area

The IDF released a video this morning demonstrating how Hamas puts their rocket launchers in civilian areas, which they then use to fire at Israel. In this instance the IDF destroys the site, but after waiting for civilians to flee:

 
The IDF writes in their tweet:

See it with your own eyes: Hamas turned a civilian structure in Gaza into a rocket launch site ready to fire rockets at Israel.

Under intl. law, a civilian structure used for military purposes is a legitimate military target.

We gave civilians time to evacuate, and then…

Once again the IDF waits for civilians to flee before destroying the rocket launch site. Which is the opposite of what Hamas wants, which is for these civilians to die so that they can put more pressure on Israel and blame them for the attacks.
