ILLEGAL ALIEN from Kenya charged with ELEVEN MURDERS of elderly women in Texas!

This is just atrocious. A Kenyan illegal immigrant has been charged with the murders of 11 elderly women in Texas.

From The Star, Kenya:

A Kenyan living illegally in the US has been charged with killing at least 11 elderly women, and stealing their jewellery and valuables in Dallas, Texas.

Billy Chemirmir was previously arrested in the death of an 81-year-old woman, ABC Fox Montana has reported.

The 46-year-old was indicted on Tuesday on six counts of capital murder in the deaths of women aged 76 to 94.

Watch below:

It was just a stroke of luck that led to his capture:

According to the Lincoln Journal Star, the break in the case came when Chermirmir forced his way into the apartment of a 91-year-old woman in March last year.

He allegedly asked the woman to “go to bed. Don’t fight me,” according to an affidavit filed in Collin County.

The Lincoln Journal Star reported that Chermirmir smothered the woman with a pillow until she was unconscious after which he stole her jewellery.

After the paramedics revived her, she told them her jewellery box had been stolen by her attacker.

Police then identified Chemirmir from a number plate. They traced him days later and watched him throw a jewellery box into the bin.

The police traced the box back to Harris.

AND, there could be many many more victims:

According to ABC Fox Montana news reports, police were reviewing the unattended deaths of 750 elderly women for possible links.

Horrifying. And preventable, if our cowardly politicians just had enough political will to get it done.

Just imagine your elderly mom is found dead, and months later the police tell you that they discovered she was murdered. I can’t imagine the horror.

Who knows how many fake documents he forged, but he was hired on to a health care company. That means that e-verify likely could have stopped him from being hired. And that system has been in place for YEARS but politicians don’t want to enforce it because of business interests that want to keep hiring cheap illegal alien labor.

It’s disgusting.

Here’s a video of the woman who survived the attack:

Any sympathy for them from liberals? Any compassion for them from democrats? Nope. Just the “dreamers” and the illegal aliens.

  1. Chemirmir should stand trial in Texas and if the DA has a rock solid case against him and he’s convicted, he needs to go straight to death row……. in the Express Lane.

    1. They’ve already classified the murders as capital murder and there are up to five prosecutors who could seek the death penalty. It only takes one.

Collin County (north of DFW) is fairly conservative. I’m confident that DA, who has sought the death penalty in previous cases, will do the same in this case.

  2. I wish they could sue the Federal government for malfeasance, including individual decision makers like Obama, Janet Napolitano, and Jeh Johnson.

While we don’t know the specifics, that he told them to “go to bed,” suggests if they could have defended themselves if they had been armed or had access to a firearm. Each year, many seniors successfully use a firearm for self-defense when they’re targeted by thugs.

Fortunately, Texas will be deporting him straight to Hell following his conviction. I’m sure Governor Abbott will have no qualms about trashing the appeal for commutation.

  3. The PTB where I live say they are not responsible for our safety, even tho this is a seniors’ community.

  4. I just got banned from Facebook for 30 days – again – for this TRUTHFUL opinion: Go to virtually any large city news station website, and almost without exception, you will find a heinous crime committed by an #illegalalien… Heinous murders… Heinous hit-and-runs… Heinous rapes, robberies, drug-busts… It NEVER ends… Illegal aliens are a scourge on America, a cancer on the country… A drain on resources, a blight on education, a drag on wage growth — they contribute NOTHING, nothing good… And the fact that TENS OF MILLIONS are here, with MORE crossing daily, is an existential crisis and a moral disgrace.

  5. Since we have had chain migration for such a long time it’s time to start “chain deportation”. Any illegal who commits a crime in the U. S. and is deported or jailed needs to have his whole tribe deported as consequences of his actions.

      1. @squirrelly Isn’t that peculiar? They should be glad because the illegals could serve as a security system and lower the crime rate just with their presence.

  9. 11 or 12 elderly women lost their lives for a few thousand dollars worth of jewelry. I’m sure he took it all to pawn shops and didn’t get but pennies on the dollar. This man should be put to death.

      1. While Texas does have several long-term death row residents (around 25 years awaiting execution), TDC is reporting the average time on death row prior to execution is currently 10.87 years. That is an average for all executions since the death penalty was reinstated in 1976 (first execution after reinstatement was 1982).

In any case, I seriously doubt he’ll die a natural death. Texas is responsible for two out of every three executions in the United States from reinstatement up to 2019. Texas has executed 560 vicious murderers since 1982. In 2018, Texas sent another 13 killers to face final judgement before their Maker – just over half of all executions in the US.

Texas is the worst possible state in which to commit a capital crime, and we’re happy with that. Oklahoma is a distant second.

        1. @txgrunner I definitely don’t have any complaints with Texas. It’s no different here (in Kansas) in how long it takes to carry out the sentence, although I have never compared the two.

I get that it’s a serious ordeal and we are ending someone’s life. However, for some of them it would be cheaper just to keep them locked up for the rest of their lives. I saw a case where an inmate was locked up for life so he killed someone just so he could go to death row. It was a better life.

I wish they could get it done in five years.

          1. My apologies, I didn’t think you were complaining. I agree with you, 10 years is too long. Still, that’s better than the many states. I prefer closer to 2-4 years.

Regardless of delays, I’m not concerned about the cost of capital punishment. If somebody commits premeditated murder multiple times or a single time against a judge or LEO, they should be executed. The reason for a single time against judges, DAs, and LEOs is not because they are more important, but because they represent the judicial system. An attack on them is an attack on justice and our ability to maintain civil order.

That’s just my opinion, and I recognize reasonable people can disagree in the details or in the big picture.

            1. @txgrunner I like 2-4 years even more than 5. Expedite the appeal.

I agree with you about murdering judges and etc. if it was for that purpose. But if it was a crime of passion there was no intent to attack the system. Although, I wouldn’t complain if there was no distinction applied.

I tried explaining to someone here that murdering a police officer is a lot worse than murdering someone you’re fighting with. This person believes that police shouldn’t be treated any different. For reasons I obviously don’t need to explain to you she is wrong.

              1. @kong1967 “This person” has developed a rather deep dislike for me because I refute her baseless opinions on law enforcement regularly. But I’m OK with that.

                1. @dr-strangelove This person claims she doesn’t hate the police. Yeah, and bears don’t sh** in the woods.

I have never ever ever seen her say good things about the police and she challenges everything they do.

We are talking about the same woman, right? Joy Behar? Hee hee.

  11. He should be cut up into enough pieces so each part can be sent to democrats and RINOs.

    1. While that won’t happen, after the Feds failed to do their job by deporting him, I am confident Texas will successfully deport him to Hell.

      1. Texas will do that to you, maybe even turn the Voltage down a little and make it last a little longer

    1. The Federal government failed to deport him, so now Texas will be deporting him straight to Hell.

      1. Texas Department of Corrections reports the current average time on death row prior to execution is 10.87 years. Some are there 25 years, some just under a year, but that’s the average since 1982.

Too long, but faster than many.

  12. Chemirmir should stand trial in Texas and if the DA has a rock solid case against him and he’s convicted, he needs to go straight to death row……. in the Express Lane.

      1. Surprised that Trump did not fly to Hawaii .go to that hospital and demand that damn Birth Certificate.

        1. Whatever else the President is, he is very smart. I don’t see him wasting all that jet fuel to fetch a document that doesn’t exist… 😉
