Ingraham FIRES BACK at Buttigieg, and CHALLENGES him to go on her show!!

Laura Ingraham did not appreciate being called out by Mayor Pete Buttigeig on Fox News, and she fired right back last night.

From the Hill:

Ingraham shot back on Monday, saying “beyond his Boy Scout demeanor and Mayor Pete shtick, Buttigieg is but another creation of a media apparatus desperate to oust Trump.”

Jabbing at Buttigieg’s faith-related town hall remarks, Ingraham added that “maybe we should call him ‘Pope Pete.’ ”

“Don’t you love how, because Pete attends church, we are to treat him like the be-all and end-all moral authority? The arbiter of who is and who is not operating in good faith?” she said.

“So he finds conservative media objectionable, but the third-trimester abortions? They are perfectly moral,” Ingraham said before showing a clip of Buttigieg saying he “trusts women” to draw the line when it comes to abortion.

“Well is that an example of good faith? Is that what you actually call that?” Ingraham added. “I think we need a papal proclamation.”

Ingraham also issued an invite for Buttigieg to come on her show, but said she would not “let him traffic in the generalities of complex issues.”

Hmmmm. I wonder if he’ll take up her challenge. That would be fun, and something hee needs since his campaign is flailing behind the other white male b-democrats, Biden and Bernie.

Here’s part of it:

Interesting.

  1. I’m so tired of hearing about what a good candidate buttboy Pee Wee Herman is, his demeanor, blah blah blah…..he is as evil as all the rest of the left, I don’t care how soft-spoken he is.

  2. This guy is a one-trick pony.

He’s running because he’s ghey. Big fricken’ whoop! Sorry, dude, but we already had our first ghey president. The ‘thrill’ is gone from that.

  3. Hate to say it, but he would own her, she’s just not terribly bright. You get behind her rabid love for Trump and it’s intellectual emptiness. This wasn’t always the case, twenty years ago she was bright and articulate and well principled. Today, not so much. And before people go there, this isn’t about Trump, this something I’ve been observing of her for the better part of a decade. Personally I think she channels too much Hannity and his vapid emptiness.

    1. There seems to be a lot of that in the supposed right leaning media. They can go through the talking points but can’t think on their feet and make logical follow up questions to expose people like mayor Pete.

  4. Chris Wallace was the one that had the Town hall featuring this soft spoken candidate,Laura ,better be careful. LOL

  5. Outside of Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum, I don’t care much for the talking heads at Fox News anymore and that includes Laura Ingraham. However, if Laura can get “Punk Pete” on her show and spank his little liberal butt, all the best to her.

    1. I don’t have cable anymore so don’t watch, but Shannon Bream used to be pretty good. Has she been absorbed by the borg?

  6. Gays are magical, they have the power to morph. Yup, one night they are a man and the next night they are a woman.

    1. He talks a real good game, but underneath that smooth exterior and the “impressive” resume, he is exactly the same as the rest of the field.

  7. Mr. Bean has no chance. His name alone is a non-starter. Can you imagine voting for a name like that? Worst, can you imagine a Buttigieg/Hickenlooper ticket?

  8. Don’t worry Laura. Your colleague Chris Wallace on Fox has your back…well maybe not.

    1. For Chris, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Mike Wallace was a serious talent, but he was still a lefty.

  9. If he’s saying he goes to church shouldn’t the left be lambasting him and trying to get rid of him?

    1. Nah, Plot. Buttigieg sings from the politically correct Leftist hymnal and preaches the “correct” gospel so he’s given a complete pass. Even though many leftists hide behind a facade of no religion the Left actually does have a religion and they are rabid proponents (fanatics really) of it to the exclusion of all else especially when it comes to traditional God-centered Christianity. They have a god in their own image who believes in all the libertine things they do and “Woe!” to anyone who believes differently. Their fanaticism rivals that of any Muslim fanatic which is one reason why I think they often side with them.

  10. We need to look at these politicians for what they stand for legally. He’s a homosexual. Yep, there are plenty of those in our borders. A married one. Yep, plenty of those, too. He is a self-righteous judgmental homosexual. Yep, even more of those it seems. Ok, so he’s culturally different. All that aside, his policies suck. He’s a progressive. He’s an Obama. That’s what makes him really terrible.

  11. Pete may very well be a nice guy. The fact he’s gay doesn’t bother me one bit. But the fact that murdering babies before they’re allowed their first breath? Disqualified from office. No respect for life.

    1. The fact that he’s a gay politician running on the normalizing of the LGBTQXYZ agenda bothers me a lot. I will treat homosexuals with the respect and dignity they are due as human beings, BUT I will never support the normalizing of homosexuality.

Being homosexual does not make someone a bad person. I know some exceptional people who are homosexuals. However, the normalization is not good. It’s like saying “he’s a really nice guy except for the wife-beating”. It just doesn’t work. Being homosexual is not wrong, but acting on homosexual inclinations will send a person to Hell no matter how good a person they are otherwise, and as a Christian I support things that bring people closer to God and Heaven, not closer to Hell.

      1. Homosexuality is a self-violating sin. Wife beating is violence against others. HUGE difference.

The main issue with homosexuality is its blending with leftist values. The left always takes a good thing too far. Feminism can’t just stop at equality. No, it progresses to female superiority, destruction of the nuclear family, man-hating, and vitriolic authoritarianism.

Same with the LGBLTQWERTY “movement”. It has adopted authoritarian superiority as its goal: Making its members superior victims that cannot be criticized for any reason.

  12. Go on Ingraham’s show and bend over butt boy. I didn’t care for this guy from the first time I saw and heard him.

  13. Has anyone pointed out that the Trump org employs more people than Mayor Pete governs??

  14. Kinda wondered how to pronounce his name, I just call him for what he is peter buttplug!!!

        1. Okay, bad analogy, how about “He’s a good guy except for all the fornicating”. Won’t support anything that promotes that either. The bad part is it has become so accepted in our culture that no one blinks an eye when it’s represented on TV.
Evil often starts out subtle and once it gets a toehold goes to extremes.

    1. @msliberty IKR, I don’t know when it happened but pretty much all my life the most important thing for someone to be, men especially, is soft-spoken. It’s got to be about how peoples’ feelings don’t get offended. I even saw it in the military. It didn’t matter how good a guy was at the job, if at the end of the day if his speaking sometimes came off rough or aggressive towards getting things done, he was passed over in favor of the soft-spoken guy. I don’t know, but I never met many highly motivational soft spoken people. Of course the flip side is getting caught up in the highly motivational can get you a Hitler. I think it’s how we got Trump, which this time turned out to be a very good thing.

      1. @paladin – I agree! 0webama really deceived people with his “eloquent” speech.

        1. @msliberty The quotes are very apropos. My wife and I were just talking the other day about what BS is was that the MSM pushed the Obama was a “great” speaker. He actually stunk with the clipped words and pauses. While talking, he had that “I can’t believe I’m lowering myself to talk to you idiots” look on his face that the Progs all wet their pants over.

  24. I’ve heard South Bend is in bad shape. Was he asked about that in his townhall? If there are major problems in his not-very-big city, how in Hades could be run a country? He is nothing more than vying for a veep spot and all that campaign cash.

      1. Wow, that’s bad, and he’s out campaigning around the country. He’s a sleazy opportunist, and I want someone to ask him about the city he isn’t running or he’a running into the ground or he’s running away from. I just know I haven’t heard anything from him running on his record. No freakin’ wonder!

    1. To answer that, consider the community organizer that failed at the community organizing and became pres for 12 freakin’ years.

      1. @hbnolikee Well that’s because with Progressives how someone looks and sounds is infinitely more important than how they actually perform and their results. Progressivism is a mental illness.
