Instead of tackling homelessness, California is ruining their schools in 2020. Here’s how.

California continues its socialist slide into a crappy hellhole with a new law that will begin to be implemented in 2020. It will keep schools from suspending kids for not listening to teachers.

More from KRON:

New laws taking effect in 2020 will impact schools across California.

Starting next school year, it will be illegal for public schools in the state to suspend students in first through fifth grade for willfully defying teachers or administrators.

Then, from 2021 through 2025, it will be temporarily extended to kids in grades six through eight.

Supporters say suspensions for willful defiance are disproportionately used against students of color.

Listen, I am a product of California schools. I can tell you definitively that teachers were overwhelmingly supportive of me and other minorities in class that showed interest in studying. You don’t need to pass a law to stop what ain’t there.

So anyone with half a brain cell can predict what will happen. Teachers will be much less likely to discipline students because they know the administration won’t back them up. Classes will slip into [more] lawlessness, and even those students who WANT to learn will be hamstrung by those who just want to be disruptive.

AND I can guarantee you that the ones this policy will hurt the most are the poor who can’t afford in better school districts, and most of those are minorities.

Great job, California. It was once at the top of the nation in schooling, and now it will continue its swan dive to the bottom…
