So this is what el Presidente Trumpo is up against. Iranian lawmakers are still chanting “Death to America” and now they’re mocking his call for negotiations.
And of course, they’re calling us “the REAL terrorists.”

Iranian lawmakers on Sunday reportedly chanted “death to America” during a session of parliament.
The chants came after a speaker called the U.S. the “real world terrorist,” according to Reuters.
“America is the real terrorist in the world by spreading chaos in countries, giving advanced weapons to terrorist groups, causing insecurity, and still it says ‘Come, let’s negotiate’,” said Masoud Pezeshkian, the deputy speaker of the Iranian parliament, according to the wire service.
Lawmakers responded to his comment by chanting “death to America,” the news outlet reported.
According to many reports, the death of the Iran Deal has strengthened hard-liners in the Iranian regime against the moderates. Moderates assured them that the U.S. would stand by the deal, and now the hard-liners can point to that failure and strengthen their hand.
I think the best we can hope for is de-escalation at this point. There’s not going to be a lot of success in any agreement between the U.S. and its bitter enemy. If Trump pulls out anything here, I will be truly surprised.
