Is this Joementia or is Joe Biden making a comment on transgenderism???

Joey B had another mental slip up today that is either sad, hilarious or offensive.

In the clip below, Biden tries three times to get his statement right and completely fails.

Or maybe, just maybe, he’s actually taking a dig at the transgender movement and his HHS Secretary.

You decide:

 
If more than half of the women in his administration are women, does that include his ‘transgender’ HHS secretary?

Is Biden taking a subtle dig at ‘Rachel’ Levine?

Or is he just failing badly to convey the thought that he has a lot of women in his administration?

Okay okay, it’s probably just the latter, which would mean Joementia strikes again. He does tend to close his eyes when he’s straining mentally to get something right.

I guess that would make it kinda said but definitely hilarious.

Note that he gets it wrong the first time, then gets it right in the middle but then gets it wrong again.
