ISIS advancing on Kurdish city of Erbil after residents asked for help from America for MONTHS

Obama’s airstrikes have been supposedly in defense of Americans in Erbil, a Kurdish stronghold. Reports are that ISIS is advancing on the city of one million people. If they try to take the city, it will be a real test of Obama’s resolution, which at least one former General says was purely a political act.
