The irony being they tried to stop him from buying Twitter and now they are suing to force him to purchase the company.
Honestly I have mixed feelings about it. I really want Elon Musk to own Twitter so I’m for the outcome where he owns it. However I think with the spam bot concerns, Elon could be stepping into a lot of liability if it turns out Twitter has been lying about and defrauding customers. And he doesn’t deserve that.
Whatever happens, I doubt we’ll find out soon. This could probably go on for a long time.
