Yesterday morning Ivanka Trump posted this warm photo of her son in her arms as they were having a cute mother, son moment:

But shortly afterward the left went ballistic over the photo, attacking her viciously for posting the photo when 1500 kids were being RIPPED from their parents and being ‘lost’:

But as we explained over the weekend, this story of the lost 1475 kids are not as it seems. These children weren’t ripped from their parents. They were unaccompanied minors sent over the border, as explained by a Vox reporter:
Good morning, everyone! I’m seeing a lot of tweets about how 1,475 children “taken from their parents” were lost by HHS. That’s wrong. Most children sent to HHS—before last fall, ALL children sent to HHS—arrived in the US as unaccompanied minors.

Lind goes on to point out that many of the families that took the 1500 children may have gone off the grid:
FYI, another point about this: we do not know how many of these children weren’t located because they and their relatives in the US (who might even be their parents!) made the decision to go off the grid to reduce deportation risk.

The point is that the media has lied about this topic and gotten the left into a fit over it, and now they are viciously taking it out on Ivanka Trump who just wanted to post a cute photo of her little boy. Talk about despicable.
