Yes, I truly have good news and more good news for you regarding the state of Texas.
First, the good news.
Yesterday Texas Governor Greg Abbott sent a letter to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services ordering them to investigate any instances of reported transgender ‘sex-change’ procedures on children, noting that Texas law now calls that child abuse.
He also makes clear that there is a duty to report any known instances of these transgender procedures on children for any licensed professional in direct contact with children including doctors, nurses and teachers. Failure to report will result in criminal penalties.
Secondly, the other good news is that this has outraged transgender activists, who are now telling people to get out of Texas while they can.
