James Comey celebrates Trump indictment

Any lawyer worth their salt will tell you the case against Trump in NYC is really no case at all because it’s bereft of actual crime.

But not James Comey. We’ve known for a long time that he’s as partisan as they come and made sure today we didn’t forget by celebrating the Trump indictment.

Comey turned off replies to his tweet because he knew he’d be inundated with them.

But he still got replies in the form of retweets and Megyn Kelly was among them:

What’s ironic about this is that Comey was the first to use government to try and stop Trump. Now it’s happening far and wide, from Alvin Bragg to Biden.

This is why Comey thinks it’s another good day.
