James O’Keefe clarifies: I did not resign from Project Veritas…

James O’Keefe took to Twitter a few minutes ago to clarify that he did not resign from Project Veritas.

Instead, O’Keefe writes, “I was stripped of my position as CEO and Chairman.”

The embedded tweet cut off O’Keefe’s remarks. Here they are in full:

Since it’s already out there, here are my heartfelt remarks to my staff this morning.

I need to make clear I have not resigned from the company, Project Veritas, I founded 13 years ago. I was stripped of my position as CEO and Chairman.

I came to the PV office today to remove my personal belongings.

If you’re wondering what’s next, stay tuned…

Considering the headlines today about his resignation, I thought it was important to post this.

Also I liked the “If you’re wondering what’s next, stay tuned…” I’m definitely going to stay tuned…
