As you know James O’Keefe had his phones seized by the FBI in what appears to be a phony case against Project Veritas regarding Ashley Biden’s diary.
O’Keefe has been fighting in court to get a ‘special master’ to oversee all the private data on his phones because of the sensitive nature of his business and he’s just won that motion.
A federal judge granted a special master and O’Keefe explains what that means regarding the checks his data must go through, including through his attorney, before the FBI can get their hands on it. This is a big win for him.
